- The minimum charge is 300 sq ft for the first area (from $4,800) and 100 sq ft for each area you add, such as a walkway or porch (from $1,600).

Common questions
How much does resin bound stone cost in Florida?
Prices start at $16 per square foot, with surface preparation and installation included. A 500 sq ft pool deck starts at $8,000. The final price depends on the site, the design and the stone you choose, and your written quote confirms it.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The first area has a minimum charge of 300 square feet (from $4,800). Each area you add, such as a walkway, porch and steps or a patio, has a minimum charge of 100 square feet (from $1,600). The calculator applies this automatically.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit books your installation date.
Can you lay it around my pool?
Yes. Pool decks and surrounds are one of the main places we install resin bound stone. The textured surface gives good grip for wet feet.
What happens in a heavy rain?
The open texture lets water pass through the surface instead of sitting on top, so you get fewer puddles after a storm. The ground underneath still needs a way to drain, and we check that first.
Can you do walkways and garden paths?
Yes. We lay walkways and paths straight or curved, and finish them neatly against lawn, turf and planting. Thin edge strips let us join different colors in bands and curves.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes. It is a comfortable surface to walk and play on, it suits yards with pets, and it gives off no chemical fumes once laid.
Will weeds grow through it?
The surface is one seamless layer with no joints for roots to use, unlike pavers. Dirt that collects on top can still sprout, so an occasional sweep or rinse helps.
Will it crack like concrete?
The resin binder has some flex, so it copes with small movement that would crack a rigid slab. Large movement or a broken base needs repair before the stone goes down.
How do I look after it?
Sweep or rinse it when it needs it. We recommend a clean and a fresh coat of protective sealer about every 2 years.
What colors and grain sizes are there?
There are 36 colors in three grain sizes: fine (about 0.85–2 mm), medium (2–4 mm) and coarse (3–5 mm). Custom blends are made to order. Colors on screen are a guide, so check a physical sample before you choose.
